It’s You

If you’re living a life that you’re not happy with, then realize it’s you. Don’t blame your parents, co-workers, children, family, relatives or the neighbors. The fastest way to make changes in your life is to change your thinking. If you’re looking at your relationships, job, finances or career and thinking what a “mess” you’re in. Then, it’s seriously time to stop thinking and start doing. Start to eliminate and cleanse your physical space. Change your diet. Change the path you drive to work. Start moving the energy and stir the pot. When you begin to shift the energy around, you begin to see things from a different point of view. You allow the universe to bring in something new or completely release things that no longer serve you. A quick way to shift your mindset is to journal. Write down everything on your mind. Do not edit. Just write and let it flow. Read it in a few days and you will discover some of your deepest thoughts and blocks.
