Time Heals

As with any injury, time heals. I play a lot of tennis. When an injury occurs, the best way to heal the wound is through taking a break from playing and rehab.

A breakup requires time. Getting support from friends or professionals is the quickest way to heal. Give yourself permission and the time to lick your wounds, to find forgiveness, or release the anger.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and breakups can’t heal overnight.
