To Juice or Not to Juice

There are many fans of juicing, but I choose to take multi-vitamins and have a smoothie or a shake. Here’s why…

1. It’s simple. I love the ease that comes along with making a smoothie in a blender or creating a morning shake. It’s one container and portable. Clean-up is quick and easy.

2. Taste. I prefer the sweet flavor of fruits in the morning. I also have a larger variety to choose from because I’m not a big fan of vegetables.

3. Having breakfast makes me happy. I noticed in the past few years that my attitude and energy level elevates when I have something in my stomach.
