Creating everyday systems to stay clutter-free and organized is the easiest way to achieve success in anything you do. These are the five systems I use to organize my daily life.
I love the Google calendar. I love that it is on my phone, my iPad, and my laptop. It’s all synchronized so I can make changes quickly and easily. I’m able to schedule and reschedule appointments on the spot.
Many people prefer a paper calendar. Since I’m always on the go, I find that paper calendars are bulky. The downside to an electronic calendar is having to stay connected to the web and staying charged.

The screen is more significant on my iPad than my phone, which makes it easier to use with these old eyes. It’s been a lifesaver for quick updates and to access information quickly. The keyboard makes typing much more comfortable too.
I’ve been using my backpack for everything these days. It’s easy to put everything I need for the day, including my tennis racket.
Backpacks are super convenient, not only because they keep your hands free, but better for your back, shoulders, and posture than a purse. It’s cool now to wear it on both shoulders!
