One way to create change in your life is to change your environment.
Creating a space that is nurturing for the person who you are today and where you want to be in 5 years. For so many of us, living in a space that is “comfortable” might be the very reason you haven’t lost weight, found your soulmate, or making the money you desire.
Take a look in your refrigerator. What’s inside? Is it full of the food a healthy lean person might enjoy?
What about your closet? Is it filled with clothes that fit and outfits that make you feel fabulous?
What about your living room? Is it clutter free and clean so that guests can come over for coffee or tea?
And what about that bedroom? Is it fresh and inviting for relaxation, sex, and sleep?
When we begin a new journey, many take on the inward journey with meditation, therapy, or other healing modalities. I’m going to suggest to start in your external world if you want to create real and quick change in your life.
Begin with what’s surrounding you at home. Release, discard, organize, reorganize, throw away, donate, sell, give away, re-purpose, all of your belongings, and make your home a sacred environment.
Make your home a place where people live, not just store their stuff.
