When you feed your soul with happiness, love and joy, you’re feeding your consciousness with all things natural and healthy. I often think of the news, politics and trashy magazines as “sugar” for your soul. It’s OK in moderation, but when in excess it can cause permanent damage and create disease. By managing who you spend time with and what activities you’re doing will make a difference on your soul having disease and overweight problems versus healthy and happiness.
Try to limit your intake of social media and write down how you feel in the evening. Spend the time with a friend or tidying up the house. I’ll bet you’ll feel a lot more confident and have a higher sense of self when you start living your life rather than watching someone else live theirs.
