It’s Not Your Business

Women often come to me with questions about their partner’s parenting style. If you’re in a dating relationship (not living under the same roof) with someone who has children, then refrain from telling him how to raise his children. His children are not your responsibility or any of your business…spiritually, emotionally, physically. I’ve found most men to be just as protective over their spoiled, bratty, inconsiderate, and rude children, just as much as their perfectly polite, good natured, kind, and well behaved ones. You can often see “red” or “green” flags by the type of children he is raising. It’s really just a matter of whether you want to love him in spite of them. Be polite and just be an observer. This way you can’t say something you’ll later regret.
