The new year is approaching and I’m in a panic that I haven’t completed all that I wanted to do in 2013. I’ve reached some goals/resolutions and completely “let go” of others. Instead of focusing on the past, I’m going to focus on now.
For 2014, I’m going to keep it simple and make lifestyle changes.
1. Do three stretches before and after I get on and off the tennis court…health and fitness.
2. Bring my water bottle to the tennis court instead of always buying water or using disposable plastic/paper…environmental and community.
3. Take 15 minutes a day to work on my books…research, write, brainstorm, or edit…it all counts…personal and professional.
Setting my ideas and thoughts down on paper (or in a blog) make it real and accountable.
